About the Cottage
Converted from the Rectory coach house, Mews Cottage faces south in the owners lovely walled garden, which guests are free to use. The Cottage is detached and well back from the village street, making it most peaceful.
There is private parking for one car outside the cottage and ample further parking available on the village street.
The rooms are larger than average and have good quality comfortable furnishings.
Upstairs is a twin bedded room with a bathroom – bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. On the ground floor is the large sitting room, with colour TV and electric fire, and a well fitted kitchen – electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, hoover and crockery and cutlery for 4 people.
The cottage is central heated, double glazed and has instant hot water. Gas and electricity are charged in addition, as used, paid at the end of your stay.
Ideal for a couple, friends or small family, with z-bed, cot and high chair available free. All towels and bed lined included.
Garden furniture and BBQ.
Baby sitting by arrangement.
One well behaved dog at £10/wk.
Mews Cottage is down the shared drive with the owners. There is level car parking for one car outside the cottage.
There is a small threshold step into the cottage and a single flight of stairs with handrails both sides, to the bathroom and twin bedded bedroom.
Due to the nature of the cottage there is a restricted height point on the stairs where care needs to be taken.
There is an over bath shower over the full length bath. Subtitles are available on the TV.
